MELNICA PARK is a "Creapolis" project, a city of the future in the Tula region.
On an area of 780 hectares on the site of a former Soviet farm, 1.5 hours from Moscow, a modern it-cluster, an educational campus, an accelerator of agro-startups, a center for the development of creative industries and a regenerative-type business village are being designed.

PRINCIPLES OF REHABILITATION AND PRESERVATION OF THE VALUE OF OBJECTS
Each object on the territory has its own past and specific functional purpose. Preserving the history of Soviet agriculture helps to build the continuity of generations as well as to form a strong brand of Russia’s first revalorized red-brick agricultural complex located outside the city.
