In 2011 on former soviet collective farm appeared art-festivals ArchFarm which existed while 2014. In 2014 funding finished, artists left, and buildings began to ruin. It was abandoned until 2018.
About 1,5 year ago we came here, took control over territory and began to revaluate the place and build a community.
With our new friends from Moscow, Tula and Kaluga regions we turned it into space of affordances.
We made loft-guesthouse, platform for local communities, place for science, educational, ecological and culture events, discovered healing places, started family entrepreneur accelerator, ecofarm, self-directed development school for children of district.
