Many people who are tired from city tries to escape and start new life from the beginning on the countryside.

But many of them finally return from villages or live a very hard life stepping on same rakes. Many of those who stay in city not happy also. We know it because we tried too.
And it made us rethink our future.

We see that escape is not the answer.
Now we can prove that right way is the
partnership between city and village.

We built our model of living and gentrification.
We want to share it with world and help people construct their own.

We are family: Sergey and Olga with children Ivan and Anna. Living in Moscow we were demanded and awarded corporate media specialists.

But we dreamed about big house among the fields, home schooling for children and territory development projects. We traveled the world and studied about different forms of living and bringing impact to local communities.

One day we understood that fell in love with Tula region landscapes, heritage and people. We discovered abandoned industrial soviet mill, moved from Moscow and called it Melnica Space.
